Quick Silver Wireline (QSW) is a privately owned Alberta company, incorporated and operating since May 2002. QSW is an oilfield service company that provides subsurface data acquisition, operation of downhole flow control devices, fishing, installation of gas well optimization systems, pressure control systems, and mechanical services associated with slickline wireline operations to the oil and gas industry in Western Canada.

While smaller in size than many of our competitors, QSW enjoys a distinct advantage over its competitors in that our owners are involved and care about the day to day operations of the company. We are not only concerned with our bottom line; we are concerned with our customer’s bottom line.

QSW is recognized by our customers as a superior provider of slickline services; we haven’t taken this recognition lightly but are continually striving to become a better company. Our long term goal is not to be the largest slickline company in Western Canada but to be the best.

With our main base of operations located in Red Deer, AB we have extended our services to other areas including Brooks, AB and most recently Drayton Valley, AB.
